You can borrow money to upgrade your zoids or buy new ones. The maximum amount varies for all the class levels of teams and solo pilots.
You must payoff your debt before you can borrow anymore. Only team leaders can deposit money or get a loan. This is not the only amount you can borrow, it is just a listing of the max amounts you can borrow. You cannot borrow more then your class Ranking allows. (i.e. You are a class D pilot, so you can only get a maximum of $20,000 on a solo loan.)
